this is my heaviest / healthiest weight ive been this was just a few days ago im weighing 266 about 20% bf is my guess steadily climing to 275 for my first power comp
 
goals for my first comp is gonna be 560 dead 520 squat and 335 for my bench maybe couple weeks down if im comfy i bump my goals up
 
im lucky to have a bunch of knowlegeable people around me when it comes to lifting heavy at my gym the best thing yet is the gym owner is ranked 20th in the country in his weight class and a guy ive come to admire alot and has givin me alot of helpful advice is squating just over 700 lbs and is 40 years old wich i think is awsome
 
hope to be on a level near these guys some time but alrighty back on topic here what ya think of the pic sorry for the goofass face wasnt ready WOO

definately putting if off till after my first comp i weighed myself last friday and this monday and was coming in around  265 - 267 range

I just wanted to let you know that the 20% bodyfat thing was definitely off. I'm guessing somewhere between 25-30% at least.

As far as critiquing your body, it's not a chick magnet but I guess you're not trying to look good you're trying to be strong. As far as your current posted strength (based on your bodyweight) you're bench is low, but the other 2 are ok I guess for personal goals, but I think in competition you're gonna have to ramp those numbers way up.

you asked for a critique so don't sh!t on the advice, not to mention it was sexist and uncalled for.  Furthermore i agree with her, you bodyfat % is off and higher than 20%, your lifts are great and you should be proud.  As for the not a chick magnet thing, you did ask for us to critique your physique did you not?  In that sense a female critiqued you, get over it

You both were out of line, and you started it. Theres a differance between contructive criticism and being rude, which is how your post came off and was. You cant be that stupid, you knew what you were saying.

He should have handled it better.

but back to the OP, you can def. tell you train and those max's are def. something to be proud of.

Cutting and keeping/gaining strength will only help you more in your competitions. Good luck with your first one!

my rotory cuffs arent the greatest , lovely incidents from child hood my right one's been in a couple of slings had a bad accident racing on bicycles and ended up sliding on the side of my face and upper shoulder for about 20 feet on concrete that seperated most of my muscles attached to my shoulder
 
that was when i was 13 ive always treated my shoulders a little easier when training they still get a little sore but ive managed to get my shoulder presses back 165 seated thats why my bench is bad so its always gonna lack but im trying to make it decent
 
im in the middle of constructing a new routine and maybe post it in crituque my training section OOOHHHHHH that might be interesting lol

First of all Virtuoso HE DIDN'T ASK FOR ADVICE. He asked what I thought of his body. I told him. he didn't like it. OBVIOUSLY because he wants me and others to like it, or he wouldn't be posting pictures.
 
So yes... you DO GIVE A RATS ASS WHAT I THINK MR. STALLONE. That's why you jumped all over me after my post, and that's why you posted your pictures in the first place.
 
scmoundzou- how would you like it worded? should I submit my critique for your approval in the future? Ok... ummm...

Does that suite you? The reality is, it's a worthless waste of a post to approach him that way. I would have been better off to just leave the thread.
 
You gotta be honest and realistic here- He took the time to post his big belly in the critique my body section and then type out I'm 20% bodyfat! SOOOO...  I then took the time to let him know that he's wrong. simple.
