ok so i was wondering my football season starts in a week.im a DT and i have increased m speed over the summer so i was wondering as long as i do sprints and **** after lifting then can i powr lift? like more weight less reps?

also if thas not exactly what power lifting is then some1 plz tell me now

and after my whole workout i take cytogain but before workout i take redline im trying to cuz serious fat and gain strong big muscle

and i was wondering about real gains the supp. is it better that cyto or is it like exactly the same? it has less sugar?

ur gunna kill ur self.. i recommend lifting FIRST then doin this cardio.. comin from a football player my self and playing in college now.. i cant do that ..after sprints ansd stuff i have no energy to lift.. do ur powerlifting workouts and change evey other week..like.. week 1 ..lift heavy..less reps..and then the followign week..lift light and more reps.. its called muscle confusion..you aquire the strength you need(providing your eating!!!) and get more muscular endurance.. as a DT I PRAY ur doin  a LOT OF LEGS AND CHEST..its so important.. idc if ur bicep is 10inches(ok maybe a bit bigger lol) but LEGS ARE SO IMPORTANT MAN! ..ask me anything football is life.. so ur kidna liek fam if ya kno what i mean

 totally understand the fam thing lol yeah i try to do heavy legs ang sorta light bench but yes the season has started and i am starting at STRONG TACKLE!! its asome i suck at squat for my weight though i do bies tries and traps one day....bench the next day w some back and some dips ohh and push jerks...then last day i do my whole legs
