ok so i was wondering my football season starts in a week.im a DT and i have increased m speed over the summer so i was wondering as long as i do sprints and **** after lifting then can i powr lift? like more weight less reps?
also if thas not exactly what power lifting is then some1 plz tell me now
and after my whole workout i take cytogain but before workout i take redline im trying to cuz serious fat and gain strong big muscle
and i was wondering about real gains the supp. is it better that cyto or is it like exactly the same? it has less sugar?
