high school football - Sunday, May 20, 2007 6:45 PM
ok so my high school is known throughout the whole state for football. i donno if u heard (ST. Rita)

any wasy i was a left offensive tackle last year. i was a backup because i sucked at offense but i had deffensive skills but they wouldnt even put me on that side of the ball because i was to fat lolol.

but i lost a massive ammount of weight so im going out for DT. and i was thinking about powerlifting and doing super sets with running like a mile a day?????

sounds like a good plan without the super sets tho lots of running would help

speeds everything kid.. i play in college now and speeds a must.. i rememebr in highschool this kid.. JT he was a sophmore.. and i was a senior and i played middle linebacker ..they moved him up from JV because he was so damn fast..he was like 185 but he started at D END..we couldnt figure out how.. but he would put movson people or just explode witht he power he had and mack tackles and sacks.. he wasa smart player as well.. If u wanna play defense u gotta be fast and agressive.. somepeople say the transition fromoffense to defense is hard because offensive players ar e"soft" but i think thats Bologna cuz if u play this sport u cant be soft.. 6ft and 210.. to fat? imconfuised .. u gotpics? id like to see .. cuz im 5'10.5 and im 236 right now and im really .. not that fat at all LOL.. i got sum meat on me but then again im a College fullback.. i dont recommend running a full mile ..thats to much endurance at a constant speed.. i do recommend interval training.. it helped me a lott.. get on a track and either sprint the straights and jog the sides.. or if ur really out of shape sprint the sides and jog the straights.. do 4 laps of that.. and ull be good.. then theres running 40yard dashes 5 ofthem at your best..your only good for 5  max.. your body peaks at aroud 2 to 3 .. so run 5 of them...i swearif u do trhis 2 to 3x a week by next season ur gunana bes o damn fast.. now if u wanna know about lifting i can def help u there a well

lol naw doggie lol i am the exact opposite os a softie. that makes me laugh. ne way i used to be fat i cut like 30 lbs and plan on bulking up much. i run 2 miles a day i started yesterday but i donno if that will help my speed much. i absolutly hate doing sprints w short breaks.

so i was thinking just lifting w my legs alot wich will help speed n 2 miles afterwords. but that whole soft thing is nothing we have like 10 rival schools

im ready to take some heads off if they give me the chance on defense

but i have a slow 40 wich is like 5.0
