This recipe is bellisimo! You will need the following: 3 lbs of fat free ricotta cheese 10 egg whites 1 and a 1/2 C splenda 1 tbs. Anise extract Preheat oven to 450 degrees. Mix all of the ingredients very thoroughly, preferbably with an electric mixer. Coat a cake pan with cooking spray and then pour in the contents. Bake at 450 degrees for 20 minutes. After that turn the oven down to 325 degrees and bake for an additional hour. Let cool, refrigerate, and serve. Each slice is virtually fat-free, low calorie, low carb, and full of high grade protein. You should get 12 huge slices out of this recipe that pack 16 grams of protein a slice. I enjoy them with mixed berries and a scoop of light ice cream.

YUM! Also, if you mix fat free ricotta, splenda, and carob chips (chocolate alternative), you get fat free, high protein cannoli cream! Excellent for snack time.
