Usually go with low bar. And creation how did your squat improve by doing low bar as opposed to high bar?

more weight probably and form. Low bar is a lot easier, squats didn't feel right for me until i did them that way.

im 6`2 but i have almost no torso (the space b/w the top of my hip bones and bottom of rib cage is liek 1-2 inches. so squatting has always been hard for me but ive always done it high bar, doing it high bar forces me to bend forward alot more to get a deep squat, but when i did low bar squatting felt more natural and I didnt have to bend forward quite as much.. it owned my traps too haha so sore on them

It takes time to find the correct position for the bar to rest on. With the variation you've pulled through, you may might as well assess where you get more gains from. If you're aiming for power and strength, go low bar all the way.

I do high-bar when I'm doing 20-rep squats, low-bar every other time.

Add to that a normal shoulder width stance is better for athleticism, but wide stance will get you a bigger squat.
