hey yall i am new here and i have a problem with my wrist. i can curl and then i put the weight down and it hurts. i took two weeks off and everyday it just feels like my arm is worn out and it is sensitive sorta. any idea of how to fix this. any help apreciated

This is a very common problem i have found that rest doesn't help i have the same problem. it's kind of on the outside of your wrist. right... I recently stopped taking my multi and i'm goin to get back on that and take some kind of joint pill hopefully it will help

Incline bench press 300
curl 115 5 times sitting down
Skull crushers 105 lbs 12 times 4 sets
One arm Bent over row 90 lb dumbell 4x12
Body fat 14.2

it hurts near the bone. but i can rotate my wrist in every direction and it dont hurt. how do you get rid of this problem
