hey people - need some advice please - Monday, February 26, 2007 11:12 AM
i have just started training at my gym and my goal is to gain in size and muscle but i also want to lose fat from my waist and stomach. i have an overall body fat % of 22.3 and would like to get this reduced. is it possible to lose fat and gain muscle and size? thanks in advance any help will be very appreciated.

Certainly ... but you certainly shouldn't expect "quick" results. Are you willing to adjust your lifestyle (exercise and eating habits) to support a gradually improved body? The number of people who join gyms is huge -- the number of people who stick with it are few.
