ok so i just began working out and i was wondering what muscle groups should i work together in a day... so far i have chest & legs together bicepts & tri's 2gether and shoulders solo any help here and how many days a week should i work out each group ??? maybe each twice for body fat loss a week and twice with the muscle building advice plz?
