hey guys i need some questions answered - Tuesday, October 17, 2006 5:40 PM
ok so i just began working out and i was wondering what muscle groups should i work together in a day... so far i have chest & legs together   bicepts & tri's 2gether   and shoulders solo any help here and how many days a week should i work out each group ??? maybe each twice for body fat loss a week and twice with the muscle building  advice plz?

Sounds like a decent setup so far- But where's your back workout?
Most people here work each muscle group once a week, some do it twice- Each get nice results, depends on the individual really. Fat loss is more about diet than anything else, although burning more calories with more workouts during the week will have an effect.
