so i just recently started working out, but im not really trying to get "built" im more looking into getting seriously cut so i just wanted to run some stuff by you guys to see if this is a good workout plan my workout schedule consists of M: Chest, Abs T: Biceps, Abs W: Legs, Abs T: Back, Abs F: Shoulders, Triceps S: Rest S: Rest as for my diet it goes a bit like this Breakfast: Protein shake with fruit folowed by an hour of working out snack: a head of lettuce lunch: protein shake snack2:celery dinner: whatever is for dinner? (usualy a 600ish calorie meal) dose this look good to you guys or is there some changes that are needed?
