hey need some help with my aunt -41 yrs - Saturday, September 27, 2008 8:15 AM ( #1 )
hi , im having trouble here guy's , i need an at home routine she could do like 2-4 days out of the week , shes not like bad in health but she got a bit of fat on her but not restricted by anything im kinda stumped just need a basic beginner routine to help her lose some weight :) im already gonna help her with nutrition and some cardio but i could use your guy's help please

Loosing weight I know a bit about. I have some great low and no fat recipes if you need any.

i dont take fat outta diets there to important , im looking for routines thanks anyway

start her off doing the basics, i.e. bodyweight squats (against a wall with a stability ball if need be), modified pushups (on knees or against a wall),  lunges (or reverse lunges), chops (with or without weight) ect ect.  Once she has those down well without issue try mixing it up by making her close her eyes during the exercise or you can add weight.  Does she have the means to do a static pull up (aka hold her self hanging)?  Start simple and progress from there, even the simple things ive mentioned will probably be quite a bit for someone who hasnt really worked out.

edit: here are some more exercises:
Squat jumps
Split jumps
Overhead press (of anything lol)
Burpees
side shuffles

there are lots of thigns to do
