hey, started back some weight training today, orderd some supplements today from my protein. tell me what yous think and if yous have had good results from then thanks :) HMB L Glutamine ZMA Impact Whey Isolate Caffeine Pro (for ECA stack)

i have used all of these in the past with limited results, the important thing is to get your diet sorted first and then add in supps. all looks good though only thing i would have different is possibly a whey/casein blend protein powder.

Unless you've got money to burn you probably only needed the whey isolate. Since you seem to have money, the only one I really wouldn't of bothered with is HMB. Myprotein are a good company you can get very cheap creatine monoydrate , about 7 quid for 500 grams.

The protein and glutamine are good. I would have gotten creatine instead of some of that other stuff.

Its really cheap too if you make it yourself and buy straight zinc/magnesium/b vitamins of course protein caffeine pills are tha bomb. ECA works amazing but dont get addicted and dont go overboard.
