Was wandering if yall use a pre workout drink or something to get an extra boost of adrenaline. Trying to see whats out there. I seem to have some kind of condition that different medicines and such have an opposite effect. I have a high amount of energy all the time but would like a extra boost to get me into my workout. I have tried a few drinks that are supposed to do it, but I've almost fallen asleep during the workout then. Next would be what would be better. To tone up first then bulk up or start bulking up then tone. I'm fairly overweight and am not sure whether I should slim down first and figure out my muscle size to see if I want to bulk up more or if I should just start bulking up and then ease off later, any pros or cons to either way. Thanks for any info.
