hey Old Navy

Hi. im 18 years old and i am leaving for the Airforce 8week basic training. Do u have any good routines to get me into tip top shape for it?

    Congratulations on your decision to serve in the military.  The answer to your question is easy:

    Lots of Pull Ups, Push Ups, Crunches and Running will get you ready for basic training conditioning.
