here is the best chicken recipe!!!!!!

heres my fav recipe i'd like to share with everyone. its very simple but tasty.

ingridients: 6 oz chicken (drained), 1/4 cup of tomato sauce or 1 cup of barbeque sauce, 1-2 cups of water (depends if you want it really jucy), 1/2 bell pep, 1 cup of 1 min rice or tortillas (anykind) and cooking spray. dont use oil (too much cals and fat). oh and seasonings for flaver like garlic powder, red powder pep, whatever you like. (sprinkle on top of chicken while cooking)

cut the chicken in moderate pieces, make sure their not too thik. cut the bell pep really small. spray the non stick pan, let it heat and throw in the chicken cook until the chicken is all white and add the bell pep and stir fry for 2 mins. add the 1/4 cup of tomato sauce (or 1 cup of barbeque) stir for 30 seconds and add the 1-2 cups of water. close the lid when the sauce start to boil add salt. close lid let it boil for 2-3 mins and add the tortillas (or 1 min rice) and close the lid for 45 seconds so it will be steamed and become very chewy and soft.

there we go enjoy, i know i wrote too much, not good at explaining things but its very delicious, and very simple to make trust me

410 cal 50 g protein 42 g carb 5 g fat
