ok so i currently take GLA, CLA and fish oils and so far i dont see much fat loss and i have started drinking green tea 2 times a day how long should it be b4 i start seeing results? and is there anything else i could take to help with fat loss that is safe for me(15/female)?

At 15 years of age, the best thing you can do is focus on a healthy diet and cardiovascular training in order to build that foundation for long-term success.  E-mail me you height, weight, workout routine, diet, and school schedule.  I can help you with your diet if you like.

Some education in how fat loss works might help...
For Losing Fat  <----link to a post here

Make sure you are eating enough to meet the nutrition and energy demande of the body first..or you won't lose a thing.

Eat supportive meals every 3 hours...that will crank up the metabolism and prime you for fat loss.

Train the whole body with resistance training to get the muscles (where fat is burned) working.

Only a moderate amount of cardio to start...like 10 minutes!  Just to get you going!  Then regularly vary training and cardio to keep the losses going.
