most people will probably tell you to continue the creatine, but i honestly wouldn't take it.  i don't take creatine when i'm cutting. but that goes against popular opinion.

we can't really help you out unless we see your current diet, when you're eating, and what you're eating.

post it up here and let us see what kinds of food you're putting into your body.

Here you go, read this and follow the formula to help you out with cutting (or even bulking)

http://www.discussbodybuilding.com/Calculate_Expenditure_A_starting_point_for_all_diets/m_6526/tm.htm

Been folowing that myself for 5 weeks now and im down 10lb's.

you can continue to take creatine if you want, some people cycle when they cut. some dont. It's really up to you. But you want to continue to take your protein shakes before/after your workouts.
