I am total beginner and every time i try and lift the weights i do ok but then i am acheing so much for days, i feel like giving up, is this just the muscles getting used to the weights??? what shall i do, it might be poor warmup aswell, what do u think? I did, 3 sets on the barbell doing shoulders and i found the triceps r in so much pain.. any advice guys?

yeah... the aching will tend to go away for the most part.. but you will always have a little soreness after working out.. but you can help it with protein to increase recovery time..

Keep lifting even though you get sore. Work through the soreness.
