Hi I dint find any better website to ask then here. My first question: is it important to count how much time u stay in the gym Imean does it have to be 1 houer or else its bad or its ok to stay 2 h it doesent matter, just finish my work out and leave. I spend like to h Im not being like it's just my work out beside i rest between sets about 1 or 2 min thats all to be able to carry heavy weight, other players say its wrong and you need to finish fast like for 1 h or 1 and half. sd question: IS IT OK TO TRAIN MY WHOLE BODY TWICE A WEEK OR IT'S BAD OR IT DOESENT MATTER? 3D QUE: I really whant to try CREATINE again I tried once then stopped it says that its bad 4 the kidny and it just gives some whater and if u didnt go to the gym 4 a while the whole thing will go I was going to take it twice to 4 times a week ? what u think? MY LAST QUE: WHEN Im training my chest my triceps pump up 4 good like I was just giving them a hard workout do u think i shouldent play triceps the day after or it doesent matter i weight 76 . high 172 IV'E BEN PLAYIN 4 LIKE 8 TO 9 MOUNTHS NOW AND IM 18. HOPE YOU GUYS ANSWER MY QUESTIONS PLZZZZ. THANKZ

These are person specific but 1-2 hours in the gym is fine and you should track a program rather than the time, if you do not need to track time ........... whold body once per week is fine but I am not sure if you mean over a day or over 5 days or what..... I have yet to see a true study or medical quote indicating creatine does this............been cycleing on and off for 10 years, I am fine and healthy as a horse other than my exisiting asthma etc which is also better due to exercise and proper diet. I take it daily.....once per day once the 4 day loading is done, I cycle on it for a few months then off. I sometims train tris and chest same day, it depends on a few factors such as your fitness level and tolerance.
