ok i am 5'7 i weigh 120 pounds, and i max out at 200 on the bench. i believe that is pretty good, but my problem is no one will ever believe me. i am constantly having to prove that i can. is there a way to get "thick" easy?

I'll be honest with you Bradd. I don't believe you. If you seriously can do this, videotape you on a scale, show me your birthday marked on your mommas calendar and show me lifting that. Cause that's rediculous.

There is no way someone who weighs 120 can bench 200lbs...

yeah... that really doesnt make sense...UNLESS... you weigh 120 KILOS and bench 200 LBS.... then that makes plenty of sense... but...  yeah...
