Ok ive been here before and have posted some posts. However ive never really gotten into the whole lifting thing. Ive lifted every now and then but never stuck with it. I know ive got alot of potential ive lifted tremounous amounts of weight weighting little. Ive broke my leg in football last year and besides running maybe 3 times i havent done much since. Now its wrestling season. I just took my hydration test weighing 132. With 12% bodyfat. They predicated the lowest acceptable weight i can go was 124. So ive made my goal making 125. Now my diet ive never really had a diet i just eat whenever and then pretty much as much as i want. And ive drank alot of pop. But now its my senior year and i want to get serious. I want to push my conditioning as far as i ever have. And id like to set up a diet to lose that weight to make 125. Our first meet is december 3. And with your guys help id like to make 125 before then if it was possible to do in a healthy manner. Much thanks.
