so like wha do i do to lose wait i'm 14 i'm like 5'8 and i wayyy alot so like why diff lifts should i do and stuff help me outSmile

riiiight

first of all how much do you eat and what do you eat?

chuck all the junk food out, and start eating healthy foods, which can be found on the nutrition forum.

eat 6 medium meals a day to keep the metabolism going

there is a calorie calculator in the nutrition forum but id say you should try to go a little under the RDA of 2500 calories

do you do weights?

you have only mentioned weight loss and havent said any routines you do...
if you do weights do cutting exercises, medium weights that allow you to do 10-16 reps on each exercise, if youre going above 18 reps its too light and add a bit more on.

And cardio, do loads and loads of cardio, cardio until the treadmill is floating on sweat LOL

First of all, type correctly please, I know you can do it.Smile
secondly CARDIO CARDIO CARDIO, correct diet(which you post a new topic in the "nutrition" forum and we will help you out about your diet) and hard work and determination.

Ya. All of his movies are halarious man. It's too d*** hot outside for a penguin to just be wanderin around here. I love that movie man. Definately one of my favorites.

ya i just got weights. But like i dont now like wha i should do lol. I know i sound dumb lol, what do you meen by 6 meals a day like what type of foods should i eat??

Eat clean foods, i would type all of them but thatd be pointless as its in the nutritio forum

protein-tuna, chicken, eggs, nuts, cheese are the best sources as well as supplements
beef and pork can be used but beware as it has more fat
carbs-oats, rice, pasta that type of stuff
fat-well....you should get enough fat with all them other foods really.
water-always make sure you drink enough water

theres more than that food to take but if i listed it all id be here for a long time

well said, but i also suggest eating tons of vegatables and 5 servings of fruit.  Yogurt does not count!!!- if i was you, id stay far away from yogurt because wheat many people don't knwo is that yogurt has way too much sugar than it needs.  I also suggest getting a pill to have 2 times a day called Fish oil, it has omega 3's which make your heart healthy.  Which is always good for someone who is overweight.  Ill give you some info on fish oil pills.  http://www.pinc.com/healthnews/fishoils.html

cod liver oil??? never heard of that , i think i mean fish oil, because on my bottle it just says that.  And it doesnt have a taste, but i will say that if you smell inside the bottle it smells like a garbage pit.
