so like wha do i do to lose wait i'm 14 i'm like 5'8 and i wayyy alot so like why diff lifts should i do and stuff help me out

Ya. All of his movies are halarious man. It's too d*** hot outside for a penguin to just be wanderin around here. I love that movie man. Definately one of my favorites.

ya i just got weights. But like i dont now like wha i should do lol. I know i sound dumb lol, what do you meen by 6 meals a day like what type of foods should i eat??
