ive got a problem that i cant find an answer for, i still got a stomach, ive always had it, i went from a 42" waist to a 32" waist, and my stomach never went away,...i want it gone, i dont want to lose my upper body muscles and leg muscles that i worked hard to get, i want to get down to about 8% BF and i want to get at least a firm flat stomach....ive been cutting stictly for about a month, it working out good (i think), cause i dont want to lose muscle, i wish I could bulk and getting the bicep, tris, chest, leg muscles and so on that i want but I want my stomach gone before the summer, this is confusing i know, it confuses me...thats why i want someone elses input...is there ANY way to keep or add muscle? im on a strict 6 meal a day diet, and run 20 min at least 5 days a week...plus my lifting routine..ive notice slowly that my stomach is getting cut...is there anything i could do or should I just stick the frustration out and keep doing what im doing and just bulk later on.....what are the benefits of working out while cutting, just curious... also, i forget who works for avant labs on here, but i wanted to know if i could purchase your products offline somewhere....what would be the best one of your products to take and what should i honestly expect from taking them?

Just look for this avatar. Robboe and Twin Peak have it. The best luck I have ever had with building muscle while burning fat at the same time is with Optimum Anabolics. Check me out in the Online Training Journal section. [image]local://2302/2DD8063F44184B22BAEF5D9F7E99F7F9.gif[/image]

Are you refeeding/carbing up regularly? Are you in America? I think there are some American stores sell our products, but in the UK, there are none.
