I need some help getting started with body building, I'm a newbie so I know nothing. I want to know how can i get bigger and more toned with a six pack. How I should work out, what supplements to take, I'm willing to do what ever it takes. I do have a problem i kinda have a beer belly and need to know how to get rid of it!

I pointed you in the direction of two links that will get you going in the right direction. Did you read over any of the articles? if so, ask a speciffic question and someone will be glad to answer. Regarding the Beer Belly questions. Diet, the diet link I posted will give you all the information you need to know regarding what to eat when to eat and how much.

About the work out, I don't have a bench. Any idea's of replacing that exercise? I do have dumbells. worth maybe getting a gym pass
