when i was bulking i ate around 5000cals a day.

not asking you to do that lol, cos of my natural size. but its just to show i dont think your having anywhere near enough food. im eating more than you now and im cutting lol.

also because of your age its hard for me to give you exact advise, because youve not stopped growing yet for at least a few years, i wouldnt want you to damage youself.

id eat twice as much tho. of everything. and casein before bed, not popcorn.

meal 5 needs carbs

could have nuts with meal 3

and you need to eat a more substantional breakfest! meat, eggs, bread, banana as much as you can!

Meal one:
1.5 cups cheerios
1 cup fat free milk      could make it whole milk?

Meal two:
1 scoop whey protein with 1 cup water make it with milk instead of water, once again, whole?

Meal three:
3 slices oscar meyer turkey
2 slices of wheat bread
1 scoop whey protein with 1 cup water same as above

Meal four:
Orange/apple/bananna/grapes
throw in some protein/fats, maybe some nuts of some kind?
Meal five:
Some sort of beef
Green beens
 some carbs may be good
Meal six:
1 bag of popcorn i agree with what zultan said here and pretty much everywhere else too

i swear i eat more for brekfeast then u do in ur whole day!!

what are u doing drinking fat free milk on a bulk? u should be punding glasses of whole milk and thrwing down tons of whole eggs.

u need to drastically up the amount of protein/carbs/fats in ur diet and add alot more calories if u want to grow! it also seems as if u are getting to much of ur proein from shakes. u need to eat more food plain and simple.

i would eat more food then this on a cut. i dont know how ur body isnt eating itself alive!

connelly.. your breakfast is wimpy (no offense)....

i ate close to a 1200 calorie breakfast when i was bulking.     you need to be having a protein shake of some sort (with whey) immediately when you wake up.   also some eggs would be great, maybe some whole wheat toast with PB.

cheerios just ISN't gonna cut it dude.   sorry.....

he may be smaller but if he is trying to bulk then fat free milk and cheerios is not a good idea for breakfast no matter how small u are.

we are trying to help him and dumb comments like this are not necessary
