Ok, im about 180, 21 years old and i have been working out on and off since i was about 16...i recently have moved into a place where i can actually workout now. I have dumbbells all the way up 52.5 lbs...and i have bench...i was wondering what i can do with these two things and what should i do each day on and off...like arms one day then chest ...wondering what exercises and how many days i should wait... please responed with as much infomation as possible.
