i am 16 year old, who can only bench a merely 100 pounds wif 100% intensity. Nowadays i sleep late and miss morning breakfast and lunch. I sleep late like 2am. what routine would u recommend? what kind of food should i eat? how many times should i do gym? please help me.. i am like all desperate!

What kind of experience do you have with lifting?
How long have you been lifting?

First thing I can tell you is if you are going to start doing this you have got to stop missing meals. This is leaving your body in a catabolic state, which will cause your body to deteriorate your muscles in order for it to have energy. So unless you start eating right you arent going to see the results you could see.

2 months or so... i have just started.. i do biceps curl and triceps exercise and can feel them growing... BUt one thing is my forearm. it doesnt seem to get any bigger esp the wrist part. i think its bcoz i was born wif chicken arms and legs.

Ummm, im kinda confused about what you are talking about here. I am assumeing you mean the size or girth of your wrist. There is nothing you can do to make your wrist grow, there is no muscle in your wrist. Your wrist is made up of tendons and bone. Neither is stimulated to grow throu weight training.

Yes oats are a very good source for nutrition.

As far as the rest, you should check out the nutrition forum. as well as the training and exercise forums. Learn as much as you can.

Hey there!  I'm rather new to body building, but not new to weight training.  I can help you with the basics I suppose.  If you want to get stronger, and improve your physique, your gonna have to work HARD.  The first thing to do is find it in you to get motivated enough to work hard.  Your gonna want to get into a gym.  I have a gym at my school, but if your not able to get into a gym thats ok too.

First your going to need a routine.  I suggest an all body 3 day a week routine (mon. wed. tues.)  I suggest you research lifts that work each muscle rather than just your arms and chest.  If you actually benefit from your arm and chest routine, you'll look a little wierd with no abs and small lats etc.

Muscle to Work:

- Chest
- Back
- Legs
- Triceps
- Biceps

The key parts of weight lifting: Think FIT.

- Frequency (How often you lift; 3 days a week; 5 days a week; etc.)
- Intensity (How hard your working)
- Time (How long your working for)

Diet.  I especially don't know much on dieting.  But what I do know, is if your skinny, your gonna need to gain weight.  Eat.  Eat.  Eat.  Eat.  Eat and love it.  But eat healthy foods.  Make sure you get plunty of protein and carbohydrates!  Calories are an important part of your diet because they provide you with energy.  Don't try to gain weight by eating only calories or you'll get too doahy.

Put these all together to design your own workout!  If not, than look for one on google and try it!

i would higly recomend sifting through this forum, it has loads of useful info already posted, all you need to get a good basic understanding. Just go down the line on nutrition/excersies/supplements/etc.  It has everything you would want to know.  The thing I could say is that you have to be dedicated, you cant half ass anything like this.  Like its been said before you get what you put into it. Its well worth it to have good health and a good body. Keep on trucking good buddy.
