hay every one, im new to this site and fairley new to body building i was bit by the bug six months ago when my history teacher was read a flex zine sence than iv been in the gym,iv always wanted to be in a expo nd the next one is in 8 months, so im just wondering what i need to do to get in to competition mode
how to pack on huge amount of muscle fast,

Max-OT will pack on muscle. Search Max-OT and you will find alot of info on it. Also having a good diet will help your muscles grow having the nutrients they need.
