    ok im 15 years old and pretty athletic  im wondering what would be a 3 day a week scheadule that could help me get ready for football and increase my strength drastically i take mega whey protein which has aboudt 45 grams of protein it also has glutamine is there other supplements you think i could take to help out alot without screwing my body up
currently gaining weight weigh 145 trying for 150+
bench 225
squat 260
deadlift ?

Look at the gaining Mass lin kin my sig.
 
Also, at the bottom are some workouts..look at the 3-day or HST, they are great workout plans...
 
Forget supplements until you have the foundation in place and are already seeing the results you want!
 
Then lets look at what to tweak!

  Push/legs/pull

  Legs:
  Sqats 4x6
  Lunges or leg press 4x10
  SLDL 4x10
  Standing calfs 4x12
 
  Off

  Push:
  BB Bench 4x6
  DB incline 4x10
  Military Press DB or BB 4x8
  Cable latersls 3x10
  CGBP 4x8 or  Skull crushers

  OFF

 

  Pull:

  Dead lifts 4x6
  Rows DB or BB 4x6
  Lat pulls 4x10
  DB curls 4x8

  Off

  Off

Just a basic example
If you can bench press more than you can squat you should be ashamed.
