i am trying to build strenight and size iam going to the gym mon-fri i am doing each body part every day (eg mon sholders traps tues chest wed back thurs arms fri legs) i am doing four excises on each body part in set of 5 frist set of ten rep then two set of 8 rep then two set of 6 rep increceing the weight as i go down is this a good work out help
and i do my abs on monday wed and fri
