help with my diet - Tuesday, April 21, 2009 10:33 PM ( #1 )
So far all I got this for breakfest other than that I'm lost.

Breakfest
3 Extra large egg's
1 Whey protein scoop w/water.
Calories - 360
Fat - 16g
Carbohydrate - 4g
Protein - 41

I also have 1 scoop of whey before and 1 after I work out, should I do that?

I'd add milk in the morning to my shake. Water is later in the day when I don't need the carb load.

i would take out the whey and water and instead add in milk. also i would rake in some fresh fruits if any.
whey for pre/post w/o is fine.

I'm trying to cut alittle, but milk with the whey is so gross (only with vanilla). I need help with what to eat during snacks, lunch and dinner.

Or are you trying to say, dont drink whey just drink a glass of milk. I still need as much protein as i can right now.

dude. u can increase the amnt of milk to compensate for the protien. are u lactose intolerant or anything? whey with milk and eggs are obv gonna be gross. do not add the whey with ur breakfast. milk is gonna be a better 'wholesome' substitue. save the whey for pre/post workout when u need it the most.

with regards to the cutting thing u r doing. i have less experience in it. but i believe u can burn off the fats from milk with a little extra cardio. even excess protien can make u fat if it is not gonna be used up.

I do protein and milk in the morning thru lunch. Then drop milk and do water with protein after lunch. More Carbs in the Morning and Less as the day ends before bed. Milk by itself is ok, but Your Protein gain with whey is a better deal. Less milk fat and carbs. I need over 250g of protein a day....I would have to buy a Cow to keep up with what i would have to drink in milk that I could get from a Protein Supplement.
