Focus on the big compound lifts. Get a routine that is based on squats, deadlifts, bench presses, overhead presses, rows, and pullups. Try to continually progress on the basic movements, eat a lot of food and grow! By the way, don't overuse the perfect push ups thing. Just focus on the bench, and you'll grow.
