help out a college student - Friday, December 12, 2008 10:40 AM ( #1 )
alright everyone i joined this forum to get some advice and help. i am 5"10.5 and i weigh anywhere from 157-161.i am a division 3 soccer player and as far as nutrition goes i do my best to eat healthy but the food just isnt right.

thats my background info, what i am looking for is a regimen or a supplement that can help me lean out and get cut.i lift 4-5 times a week and run 6 days a week.right now i am skinny and i cant seem to get cut. for my size i am pretty strong i can get 185-190 up twice. i am not looking to bulk up since i am a soccer player but what i am looking for is a supplement that is proven to help lean someone out.i want to tone up and have tried alot of different things. i know whats killing me is my diet but i cant really do much about that.i hope you guys can give me some advice.

in the end i train very hard and i want to get some cut abs and get my muscles more defined and toned out.

Any Help would be great!

Well you know what your problem is.

Sort of.

Your diet needs to be better. That and you dont want to "bulk up". By which you mean you dont want to gain muscle. And by "get up" I assume you mean bench.

If you gain lean muscle mass your need to use calories goes up and you will "tone" out much eaiser.

As far as supplements go, why would you think something that is intended to supplement your diet, will permantly drop your BF%?

I think Chris is right. Take care of your diet, supplements are not an easy shortcut.
