ok i found HIIT and im gonna try it out over the winter to prepare me for track next year i need like a better explaination of it or like a workout scheadule where i can lift and do the cardio..srry im a lil confused please fill me in thank you
currently gaining weight weigh 145 trying for 150+ bench 225 squat 260 deadlift ?

it rather simple but can be complicated if that makes any sense lol. simple---you run then you jog. complicated--the different timings, you could run for 1 minute jog 30 seconds, run 45 seconds job 20, run 20 seconds jog 10, etc. basically to keep the intensity up you just run a little bit longer than you jog/walk, the timing is up to you.
