You're only 15, and you're looking for a ph?

How long have you been training? I advise you not to give it a try. Your hormone level is still prime considering your age. Just lift compound exercises and eat a lot.

Dude, you are 15 and you weigh 115, wtf are you thinking? No no no no no.

Just eat 3500 calories at a with about 262g protein, 437g carbs, and 78g of fat.

Divide it evenly between 6-8 meals. If you can't hit your requirements, eat some pizza. You can drink a lot of milk and eat a ton of red meat and potatoes.

Seriously who is giving you the idea to use a prohormone.  You are still growing and still in probably early stages of puberty, you risk screwing yourself over for life, and you are in a prime to put on some serious muscle.  Like others have already said, get a proper diet with plenty of food and some proper training in, look over other sections in this forum please.

Yeah, you are kind of naturally on testosterone right now anyway, so take advantage and get busy with eating and heavy lifting.

A PH is a pro hormone. Something you would take orally that converts into a hormone in the liver.

Listen to everyone else, your endocrine system hasn't fully developed yet. And if someone told you PH's won't affect you they're lying. Pro hormones shut off your normal supply of testosterone, which in your case it's as high as it's ever going to be right now. If you do not follow every single step properly, then you'll end up messing your body up and having to see a hormone specialist for the rest of your life. You'll also clog your androgen's up and therefore you'll have to spend the rest of your life on steroids since your normal testosterone won't be the same duing and after exercise.

As far as right now goes- The best thing you can do is introduce yourself to progressive resistance (workout to workout increments in weight) and compound exercises (exercises that require multiple joints utilized). You'll also need to be focusing on eating a lot of clean foods- Brown rice, veggies, protein, etc.. just focus on those things right now, side affects of pro hormones and steroids are testicular atrophy (I know you don't want that), increased acne, hormone deficiencies, hair loss and a lot of other things like increase in the likelyness of stunting your bone growth. You don't need them, avoid them, they are for the pros that have trainers giving them amounts.

Pro hormones require a PCT (Post Cycle Therapy) that usually require the Doctor to prescribe, they require a cycle assist to protect your liver from failing and killing you, and they require testosterone boosters during the right periods in order to get your normal testosterone going again so you can have kids and won't have to spend the rest of your life on steroids and visiting a hormone specialist.

MVP is CORRECT.
Don't even think of touching PH's until your well into your 20's.

Eat and eat alot. Meat, rice, pasta, potatos, veggi's, fruits. Read about diet in this forum and EAT! You can get big naturally at your age. No easy road. Eat and work hard.

You do not need any kind of exogenous hormones whatsovever.  You probably don't even need to bother with supplements other than whey protein.  Get plenty of food in you, train truly hard, and grow.  I don't know where everyone is getting the idea that they need prohormones to grow - did some new ones come out or something?

wow you have been lifting 2-3 years and only 115?

Even at your height you are doing something wrong; plz post what your workouts look like and record what you eat for a couple of days (dont change your diet) and post it here so we can critique it. With some tweaking here, we could help guide you the right way so you get some significant gains.

Also post your stats if possible including body measurements and what your big 3 lifts look like.

80lbs?!? That's the weight of an 8 year old. Unless you have some illness (do you?) then you are definetly doing something wrong somewhere. Post up your diet and routine.

Edit ^: Seeing as you are an extreme ectomorph then doing all that cardio and trying to gain mass is an impossibility. On top of that you have to realise that bodybuilding is 80% diet (if not more) and if you aren't eating enough or the right foods, you aren't going to gain weight.

The worst choice I ever made was starting PHs while under 21. I'm glad you listened to everyone.
