help me diagnose this chest pain - Thursday, October 22, 2009 7:21 AM ( #1 )
let me start by saying i'm in week 8 of max ot.  last night was chest night.  i was scheduled to do flat bench with the 100lb dumbells.  i layed back with them and it took me a good 5 secs just to get them up into the starting position.  (i'm thinking this is where the injury occured).  since this set i've developed a pain in my inner chest.  its almost as if it's where my muscles connect to my sternum.  It doesnt hurt at all when i flex my chest, but it does hurt when i try to twist my upper body.  and it hurts when i take a deep breath.

i've been looking in the web, and i cant find anything for this particular injury.  I'm assuming in should just take a couple days off to let it recover.  anyone ever experience this?  thanks
