I been BB for awile and now want strength i heard doing 5x5 you get mass and strength. Is there some thing i can do for more strength all i want is strength .

5x5 is pretty much just for strength. You would have to make some modifications to incorporate size into a 5x5 program.

If you want to maintain your weight because you are in a certain weight class, you can also use a 5sets x 3 reps type of routine. This will pretty much rule out any weight gain(as far as muscle is concerned).

I would stick with all compoud exercises. Squat, bench, deadlift, bent over rows, pull-ups, military press etc.
