I just bought Weider Creatine Monohyrate powder and ON Serious Mass andI'm not sure on how to use them. the creatine's direction is: loadingphase 1 scoop 4 times daily. 1 of the 4 serving should be takenimmediately following exercise but i read in other sites that youshould not drink creatine before working out! and i also read that youcan mix creatine with other beverages that has no caffeine and citricacid. they said that gatorade is good when mixed with creatineespecially the violet, blue and red ones but they have citric acid intheir ingredients is that ok?

I am just a beginner in using this stuff so i am a little confused onhow to use it but i work out for almost 3 months now. Serious massinstructions said that beginners should drink 1/2 of a serving dailyfor the first week but there is still another instruction that itshould be taken in between meals, post work out and before bed . Whatshould i do? and if i follow the beginner's direction when is the besttime to drink it?

And can i mix creatine and serios mass together? serious mass has already 1 gram of creatine already

you dont need creatine to get bigger or stronger. but if you are going to take it, then do what it says on YOUR bottle. not on other web site etc... saying that, when i used to take it ages ago, i had it pre workout and then postworkout. the "loading" phase is long anyway, so id just take it normally, but do what your bottle says.

it can take weeks to get in your system. i found it was only worth using in the form where you inject it.
