i was wondering if its possible: if i weigh 130 lbs and i started to bulk up reach a total of 145lbs. is it possible for me to go back to 130lbs without losing my power? i dont mind losing muscle mass, but i want to be 130lbs but still be strong like when i was 145lbs. anyone catching my drift here?

Kinda but not really. Generally to get stronger you get bigger, but trying working in the 1-3 rep range to gain more strength than mass.
Goals by end of 2009: Bench 205 Squat 255 ATG Squat Clean 185 "There is no elevator to success, you must take the stairs."

Go with what connelly said. 1-4 reps = Strength 5-10 reps = Muscle Mass +10 reps = Muscle endurance
Bench: 70 Squat 135 Deadlift: 1??s Supps: Creatine, Multi, Fish Oils Jones's Log
