I would love a full body work out, I mean im 15, 5'8 and 128ibs I really want to tone up every muscle just tone i do the exercises that i know on 50resistance, but.. i dont know what exercises to do and what to eat i want to get a full body toneage like legs on tuesday and upper on monday wedsnday friday why legs tuesday thursday saturday, if you have a bowflex can you tell me a nice exercise routine like example say you want me to do chest flies, say like monday chest flies 12reps , 3 sets 20 seconds between each rep 50resistance.. etc but i want complete work out things for legs and upper body the little guide in book there confusing so im looking to you guys, and im not fat but i want to get 6pac showin and tone up really well, i dont eat fatty foods cause well i just dont never got into candy pop etc ieat pretty healthy like fruits vegtiables but could you give me a good breakfast plan, like in bowflex diet program it says cereal 42grams 3/4cup skim milk 2/3cup orange juice etc but the diet says Not for teenagers.. so i dont know to do it or not but its very detailed but im hesitating cuz of that warning lol. thx i hope someone will give me a exercise routine for upperbody then how many times and how many reps to do it in what order, or what not same with legs thx very much im so excited please have the routine done on bowflex exercises + do you reconmend any cardio? i really have been thinkin bout tryin to run a mile a day til i can get it down, and if i do do i do it everyday? or every few days cause i cant run a mile.. but over time i want to be able to

Cardio is very important before a workout, If you can't rune a mile walk 2 or something. I'm very out of shape and try to do 5miles on a statinary bike everyday.

My friend has bow flex, he's very ripped! I used it one time, its really awesome, but I'd still rather use free weights.
