i need gain as much wieght as possible and build muscles as fast as my body can .. i bought this new workout gymn i uploaded picture and i have wieght bench .. i am working out at 2 to 3 hours every other day and lately i have bumped that up to evenworking out an extra hour or two in between every other day .. on weekends i try workout 4 to 5 hours .. i do max wieght i can barely do 5 reps and in three weeks i have doubled my wieghts i am lifting .. i am drinking rapid gain milk shakes at least one per day and sometime two a day .. i drink at least energy drink a day and most the time two energy drinks a day .. i dont have a whole lot a fat except a small amount in my stomach i want to turn into muscle .. otherwise i am skinny and i want to build up as much wight and muscle as possible in shortest amount of time and then just maintain it .. please tell me what is the best exercises to do per day to reach these goals .. is two months or three months to short a period of time ??? help me out here please .. thanks :)

I'm sure others with more experience than me will chime in here, but you're definitely going to overtrain working out that much. Overtraining will give you exactly the opposite of the results you want. If you want to maximize your results, you must get your nutrition worked out, it's just as important as getting your workouts right (probably more important). Also, you'll need to learn patience. Read this thread on the basics, and this thread on gaining mass.

what do you mean by overtrain ??? in just three weeks i am lifting double the wieght i was and i can see the muscles gain already .. i just need gain more .. i will add raw eggs to my milkshakes ?? i use whole milk in them and they have over 1000 calories per milkshake so if i add raw eggs should be even more calories right ?? if i have extra calories than i burn then i will gain muscle mass and be bigger right ?? i do not have time in my life to prepare full meals because i work and go school all day and now i am working out in between studying .. is there food i can eat that i dont have to prepare ?? i will buy it just tell me ??? what about push up and sit ups .. how many of those are best to do reps and sets please ?? thanks :)

ok i changed my mind on adding raw eggs to my shakes .. maybe i can find something else to add which will increase the calories since obviously i need intake as much calories as possible .. i have no idea how to do a nutrition plan but i drink lots energy drinks .

ok i read the basics so maybe someone can advise me on a workout plan and food intake .. ok ?? i have that workout gym i attached and a bench .. i cannot prepare alot meals but i will add fruits and stuff if that is good ??? i just need a plan and i will take care of the rest .. thanks :)

You are definetely overtraining. Yes, beginners will experience gains initially no matter what you do, but after that period, it's not going to happen. Several hour training a day is definetely overtraining, a workout should not last more than 45 minutes, muscle grows when you are out of the gym, not during the gym session. Muscle takes time to build, it can't be rushed, if you want quick results, then my friend you'll find yourself disappointed. I have attached the following link which describes what you need to do with your eating plan. Plenty of people have full-times jobs, etc, but are still able to prepare meals. You'll also have more time to prepare meals if you're not working out for hours at a time.

i am only home every other day in evening so that is my workout times .. on other days i am not home to very late at night so i do very minimal workouts on those days like legs .. i will look it over and see what i can come up with and run past you guys .. thanks .

i know you are seeing gains still but here is what happens when you start out you think that more is better most of us fell to this and yes you will have good gains fast but what happens if you get like that is that you will plateau harder and faster then if you build them the right way as far as more calories you need to look into a diff protein there are proteins out there with lots of calories so you just need to find them ok and try and keep your workout to around an hour to an hour and a half depending on intensity how many days a week are you available to workout let me know and i'll help you with your routine

ok thank you .. i am creating a workout schedule now and i joined fitday.com to try and figure out a nutrition schedule because i really am very serious .. i made my first goal to be 155 by may 20th .. that is 10 weeks away . I have not wieghed myself yet but i been pretty much 140 at 5' 11 .. i will get a scale and weigh myself asap . I been drinking one or two of these a day since i started along with one to two energy drinks a day: http://shop.hihealth.com/Xrated_Rapid_Weight_Gain_Form_P303C192.cfm and btw do tv dinners count because i been eating like the chicken tv dinners for dinner, granola bars for breakfast, and lunch i been eating like a can of chunky soup or chef boy ardee spaghetti and meatballs ??? i need make nutrition changes ??

If you want to increase lean body mass (bulk) in 10 weeks and add 15lbs, it's not going to happen ... thats 1.5 lbs of muscle a week. What you should do is purchase a body fat caliper and figure out your LMB and BF% and then set a goal ... for example, lets say you weight 140 and have 15% body fat. That means your LBM is 119lbs (that's 119lbs of muscle) and you have 21lbs of fat. A more reasonable goal might be to increase LBM from 119 to 225 in 10 weeks. Processed food like TV dinners isn't the best, nor are gronola bars. Look at the link vdk_au posted for ideas about a good bulking diet.

Perhaps in 10 weeks the Raiders open their mini camp, and Vegas Luna here wants to desperately add weight so he can show up and try out for a spot on their offensive line. God knows he couldn't do any worse than the dudes they have there now.

one more shake today that will add another 1017 cvalories and 68grams of whey protien for the day .. it says i burn 2600 calories a day so i need intake at least 3100 calories right ??? yesterday i intake 3800 calories .
