whats up to all? i just wanted to intoduce myself. i'm 23 and after abusing my body for about 3 years by going from 240lbs to damn near 335lbs. fortunately i got back into lifting again back in april of this year and down to 290lbs. still have a ways to go to reach my goals. just wanted to say that i look forward to conversing with you guys and gals.
