TODAY SO FAR:

1 yogurt granola bar - 140 cals

Now I am not sure why granola bars are not good for ya ??? I am going to look into replacing with oatmeal in the morning. Does it have to be plain oatmeal or i can eat the creme oatmeal packets ???

Rockstar Energy Drink 391cals 93carb

1 Tuna salad submarine sandwich, on roll, with lettuce 373cals 51carb 20prot

10 Carrots, baby, raw (medium sized i think) 38cals 8carb 1prot

now the thing about these baby carrots i do not understand is they are not that much cal carb or protien so why eat them when they do not taste good???

ok well tonight i will try to eat:

1 Chicken, breast, with or without bone, roasted, skin eaten 383cal 58prot

Milk, cow's, fluid, whole i drink lots milk

1 Extreme Rapid Milk Shake 1017cals+ whole milk  105carb  68whey prot


I know you say to eat 6 meals but that is way overboard for me. I can barely eat the above. I am stuffed. I am eating as much as I can, i just wanna gain a little weight .. is that good above ??? I will post my workout plan next . thanks ...

Yogurt granola bar is nothing more than a candy bar in disguise.... drop it... add 1 cup of plain oatmeal...
 
The rockstar is nothing more than a super caffeinated pepsi... drop it, add some cottage cheese, string beans and a chicken breast....
 
Carrots process very fast... although a good veggie, this will ultimately convert to a insulin spike causing you to crash energywise... if you still have these add a chicken breast to them to slow the spike...
 
Although Protein shakes work great in a pinch, understand that any muscle you gain from them will ultimately go away when you stop...
 
Bottom line... you should be eating 6 servings of a protein per day.... so like 6-8 chicken breasts....
 
you should be eating 6-8 servings of a starchy carb per day... so a butt load sting beans.. cottage cheese...rice...
 
you should be eating 6-8 servings a day of fibrous carbs... so a crap load of brocolie...Yams... and Salad... 
 
 
Eat...Lift....Sleep......Repeat

Enjoy the process.. but crave the goal.

Hey Vegas ... here's a good example below.  Keep in mind I'm cutting not bulking.

2498 calories w/ a ratio of 22/53/25 (fat/carb/pro)

Meal 1
4 egg white w/ 1 yoke
1 cup Oatmeal
10 Baby carrots
2 tbsp fish oil

Meal 2
4oz Sliced roast beef
1 cup Brown rice
5 - 5" Celery Stalks

Meal 3
10 medium Shrimp
Salad
2 cups of Corn

Meal 4
3oz Chicken Breast
2 cup Brown Rice
1 cup Broccoli

Right before workout 1/4 teaspoon per 35 lbs of weight 8 grams BCAA

Workout

Right after workout 1/4 teaspoon per 35 lbs of weight 8 grams BCAA

Meal 5
3 oz Chicken
1 Sweet Potato
5 - 5" Celery Sticks

Meal 6
3 oz Chicken
1 cup Brown Rice
Salad
Godzmarine
