This is off topic, but someone mentioned Kashi. Does their bars make anyones elses throat feel numb and hard to swallow/breath after you eat it?

Tastes like cold chicken breast. Tuna comes out of a can, whats the difference? BTW, they are perfect for going snowmobiling. 4oz of chicken in an easy open can. I have a hot dog cooker on my snowmobile exhaust that I can stick 3 cans in. When I am ready to have a snack, I can have hot chicken way back in the timber at 11,000 feet and -10*F!

If you like yogurt as I do, get the Dannon Light and Fit yogurt in the quart container its cheaper per ounce than the smaller one serving sizes. It has a LOT LESS SUGAR than regular low fat or non fat yogurt and tatses great. No I don't work for Dannon its just the only non fat yogurt I have found that is not loaded with sugar. 8 oz 0 fat 14 g carbs 9 g sugar 7 g protein

I found the chocolate coconut bars from just about most brands, they seem to taste the best.
