healthy fats????

just needing to know what some healthy fats are, some that i can eat off everyday. im 175 and in good shape, what should i eat and how much of it a day?

Extra virgin and cold pressed coconut oil and olive oil. Fish oil is necessary as well. RAW butter and tallow from grass-fed cows, lard from pastured pigs, etc.

most of the nuts have good fats you just have to check them, natural peanut butter also, extra virgin olive oil, and I like the smart balance butter
