Do you remember to breath while doing the exercise? Are you getting enough sleep? Does you life revolve around stress? My advise is to consult a doctor before you do any kind of workout.

yea make sure you breathe properly when repping.  Holding your breathe isnt a good thing to do, you will definitetly get light headed/headaches from lack of breatheing.  What kinda supplements are you taking?  I know pre-workout energy supps can give you headaches such as: no-xplode, superpump 250, anyone with alot of caffeine in it.  give me info so i can help man.
