headache

hey..ive been workin out for a about 2 years now but with huge gaps in between..like im always quitting. but when i finally started gettin committed to gym i started getting this headache at the back of my head like 2 months into the workout..with any intense muscle activity. it started when i was pushing myself in the leg workouts and now its back everytime i workput..help plz its gettin in the way of my goal

Do you remember to breath while doing the exercise? Are you getting enough sleep? Does you life revolve around stress? My advise is to consult a doctor before you do any kind of workout.

yea make sure you breathe properly when repping. Holding your breathe isnt a good thing to do, you will definitetly get light headed/headaches from lack of breatheing. What kinda supplements are you taking? I know pre-workout energy supps can give you headaches such as: no-xplode, superpump 250, anyone with alot of caffeine in it. give me info so i can help man.

ya maybe its the breathing..cuz i dun take any supplements, but even when i try to breath the blood rushes to my head really fast and i finish my set even b4 i feel any pain in the muscle because of the headache.
