Low reps high weight high sets. Like 8 sets of 3. Or something like that. I would also reccomend speed benching. For like 12 sets of 3 at 50% of ur max. Also change up ur routine sometimes. Like low reps one time. Then high reps next time. Slow reps one time with no bounce, fast reps with a bounce the next time. Try reps with pauses. Or arching ur back. U gotta play around with it until u find out what works for u.
