hey everyone who reads this... i play football and i want to get stronger and faster...but i have been benching and what is hte best way to increas your max..like the fastest way...any idea's???

Low reps high weight high sets. Like 8 sets of 3. Or something like that. I would also reccomend speed benching. For like 12 sets of 3 at 50% of ur max.
 
Also change up ur routine sometimes. Like low reps one time. Then high reps next time. Slow reps one time with no bounce, fast reps with a bounce the next time. Try reps with pauses. Or arching ur back.
 
U gotta play around with it until u find out what works for u.

another thing is im thinking of getting some cell tech creatine..would that be a good thing and how should i use it...like i lift monday through friday do i use it all week or just some days???

use the progression table. search it on google.
Bench:300
Squat:350
Deadlift:425
Total:1075
