Damnit this makes me angry that I go off my diet and screw up my goals seeing all you guys with abs lol. It's crunch time now (no pun intended) I got to step it up with summer around the corner! And I agree with the statement above about genetics, and learned that the abs are really muscle fibers, educational and interesting.

lol, i have crooked abs  what advice can you give me to get my super 8 pack? help me pls!! i really wanna have it. i do 200 crunches a day(minimum, 600max)

Genetics brother, it looks like you're one of the ones who can't have an 8 pack, some people have a longer mid section and have an 8 pack, some people have a shorter mid section and longer abs so there's just not enough room there.
 
I would lower the volume of reps you're doing and add weight, 200 reps won't build any size which will increase definition. just do like 3-4 sets of 10 reps, then add some leg lefts or decline crunches to hit the lowers, again 3 sets of 10, and last hit the obliques with some side crunches or something. Again avoid the endless reps, it's not benifitting you aesthetically.

i have a 6pack but i dont really have the strength to pull myself up on a pullup bar. what should i do to build more strength in my abs.

these are my abs soo what do you think needs working?? and tell me how to do it coz im only 15 and i dont know much exercises lmao (btw i have an 8 pack but my top 2 whitch makes the 8 pack are soo tiny there like less than half the size of my others
ya can just see 1 of them on my left side but the other is covered with my shadow lmao
