Ok so I have been lifting for a while, but I was doing little to no cardio at all. I just started lifting heavy about 2 months ago and I noticed recently like within the last 2 weeks that sometimes after im done I have that cramp you get when you run a lot. Anyways, so I started doing cardio as well to get in shape and sometimes that cramp comes and sometimes it doesnt, but now it seems like I have the cramp all day even when im not exercising at all.... Has this ever happend to anyone? Im not sure what it is, but everyone I know says its no big deal and to just keep working through it, but its freaking me out a bit lol. thanks for replies if anyone knows.
