has anyone tried gakic? - Thursday, October 27, 2005 3:06 PM
i was just wonderin if it was any good i use theyre pump tech and nitro tech but dont want to waste 80 bucks if it doesnt work im at a stuck point and wonder if itll help give me a push over it

For 80 bucks you could get some great nutrition that will help you push beyond your plateau. Nutrition will give you better results than any supplement.

Their products are over priced any ways....

What foods are in your daily diet? Can you list a full days worth of what you ate?

3:30am morn i eat 6 eggs with only 2 yokes 8pcs of bacon 4 pcs multigrain toast
with some protien drink (serious mass) 2hrs later will usually eat a can of tuna i eat about every 2 hrs then i usually grab some veggies brocli carrots califlower and some fruit apple bananna grapes peaches then for lunch ill have usually 2 chicken breasts some whit and brown rice with veg half gallen of milk then 1hr later a protien (nitro tech) then usually snack on vendin machine food loosemeat sandwiches chips donuts etc. at work supper usually eat steak or chicken or hamburgerwith rice and veggies
 oh i should add i have a very high metabilism

yeah it looks good.

I'd drop the bacon and the vending machine food (chips, donuts, processed loose meat sandwiches, etc). Every once in a while is okay.

Perhaps your plateau is natural as you have gained 150 lbs to your bench, 95lbs to incline and 100lbs to shoulder press in 8 months. That's a short time for these gains. Your short term gains could becoming to a halt and now its time for stability and longevity.

When was the last time you took a break or switched up your routine?

switched routine 2 months ago havnt taken any breaks yet was planin on breakin week of thanksgiving though yea i got some haters at work sayin im on roids but am not and will never i have 2 kids to think about i just give it my all been scrawney all my life am now 28 and want to get big

people say the roids thing bc they are jealous
dont let it get to you
i might change to a strength trainin workout for a couple of wks or continue on till your break and then come back with a strength session
that is my opinion
